LogoWren ("LogoWren", "we", "us", "our") operates logowren.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it.

Account information. When you sign in, we receive your email address and name from the sign-in provider you choose. We never receive or store your password.
What you create. The brand name, description and design preferences you enter, and the logos generated from them.
Usage and device data. Standard information your browser sends when you visit — IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring page, and the pages you view. We use this to understand how the site is used and to detect abuse.
Payment information. Payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of your purchase and the associated order reference. We do not receive or store your card details.
Messages you send us. If you contact us by email or through our contact form, we keep your message and our reply.
We use third-party providers to operate LogoWren, including for hosting and infrastructure, database and file storage, payment processing, analytics, email delivery, and AI image generation. These providers process personal data only on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
